I have been here a few times. I have multiple rare medical conditions that makes me a more complex patient. The staff here has always listened to me about what I need and what I cannot have. I have never had the experience of having to argue with any staff about my conditions, nor have I been challenged on my diagnosises. They have always treated me kindly and respectfully. No one has ever had an ego about me knowing more about my conditions than they do. They trust me to know my body and help me to the best of their ability. Highly highly highly recommend this urgent care to anyone with more complex medical issues needing something simple taken care of on short notice. If you are like me, then you know how rare this kind of treatment can be. ~ Kendra W

After being at the mercy of the VA for so long, you begin to have low expectations for medical providers and you anticipate getting the very minimum they have to offer; however, words can’t begin to describe how pleasantly surprised I am by the care that I received from the doctors, PAs, nurses and staff at Urgent Care of Texas. Dr. Saeed and Charles treated me on July 10th and I have never been treated with such compassion. So, I thought...I went back the next day and was seen by two PA’s whose names I can’t recall but they were equally as caring and kind and compassionate. This clinic deserve 55 stars, not just five. From the front desk to the people who do vitals this is truly a superior medical treatment facility. Thank you all and God bless you guys! ~ CEO, J

The MA (Medical Assistant) named Alicia gave the most comforting experience. She was so attentive to my needs and concerns. She explained everything thoroughly to where I understood all the medical risks involved related to prescription requests. She followed up with me multiple times to make sure I received all the correct documentation related to Return-to-Work. You can tell by her doting patient skills that she really enjoys helping people. This was the best medical facility/Patient interaction that I have experienced in many years. Alicia’s wonderful, personable patient skills just made my day. I appreciate that she went Above and Beyond to take care of her patient, being me. I honestly can't say enough good things about this office. They are friendly, compassionate and the Doctors are extremely knowledgeable. The ladies in the back that handle the IV Infusions are the sweetest and most accommodating nurses. I was recently very ill with an internal infection affecting 2 organs. It was Dr. Saeed and his Staff that actually figured out what was wrong and how to treat it right before I went sepsis. They did cultures at their office that held the key to unlocking the mystery. It was a scary time, but their office walked me through everything I needed to do and my antibiotic infusions have been a life saver. Their caring nature has never wavered. I'm so grateful I found this office and I would recommend anyone to them! ~ Frazelled L

I have been coming here for about 3 years now. Dr. Umar Saeed is my primary care provider. There are times when the wait time can get excessive. But here's the honest deal. When it's your turn to see the doctor he is thorough and takes the time to actually Listen to you. In my honest opinion I would rather wait that extra time and be heard than be rushed through and processed like cattle. This is Aldo an urgent care facility. So sometimes that wait is because someone sicker without an appointment had to jump in. No worries. Bring a book, sit back with a cup of coffee from the waiting room and be patient. It's worth the wait . I've seen a couple of the doctors here and it's the same thorough care from each of them. Let's not forget the support staff and nurses. NO COMPLAINTS. They are all kind and compassionate. ~ Annie S

I can not say enough about the treatment I received from Dr. Sandee Harris. I went in for laryngitis and coughing. She immediately gave me what I needed to find some relief. She knew what to do and didn't hesitate to do further investigation. My secondary issue was severe pain in my fingers and joints. Sandee was sympathetic, ordered additional testing and gave me the reassurance that I may find relief for the pain. I appreciate her to the fullest and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in the area. I went back with my son when he wasn't well. She asked for an update and helped me resolve any other issues I was having regarding my problem. We need more people like Sandee in our health care system! ~ Mariam K

Came a few weeks ago for a checkup in regards to blood work and swollen nodes. I actually ended up passing out due to low blood sugar levels. I've never passed out before, so it was shaky. The nurses and staff all came to my attention and quickly put me on fluids and restored my levels within minutes. One in particular, I believe his name is bobby was incredibly attentful and you could feel the care he has for his patients. It was tangible. Really left a deep impression on me and I hope to go back soon just to say thank you. He even called me to make sure I made it home safe since I had to drive alone. This experience really stuck with me even weeks after which is why I'm writing this review. ~ Sergio A

I have been there today makes three times, the doctor I’ve. Seen twice was off today but I’ve got to tell you this place is above average and very professional. Today I had a little wait time but that was simply a matter of timing, I got there right about lunch time rotation and trust me I understand as EVERY employee needs time for lunch no matter what you do for a Living you need a break during your day and same with these folks. I would recommend this place to my own mother and that. Speaks very highly of them. I read some compliments and some not so good reviews but I’m telling you to look through the bad ones because ya just can’t make everyone happy but these people will make every one well and that’s what they do. I have NO complaints at all, The healing part is very important to me that’s what I went there for and I will go back..... Bill T. ~ Bill T

I have been to this Urgent Care many times over the last couple of years and have always been treated so well. I call this place a best kept secret! A diamond in the rough. I have even taken a friend and her grandchildren when they were ill. They were treated like gold! I am very ill with the Shingles right now and saw Dr Saeed for the first time last week. Even though I was struggling to help him help me he did not lose patience with me. He not only treated me, but fought to help me with the prices on my medicines. He truly cared for me when I was a frazzled mess, so I'll. I myself can not ask for more from a Dr or a human being. I am grateful to have them. ❤️ ~ Rebecca A

This was my very first time at any urgent care. I had a prior emergency room experience that left me with a $5000 bill and I definitely wanted to avoid that again. The staff made it such an amazing experience. I was very anxious going in. I had abdominal pain and was very vague, not easy to pinpoint. The Med Tech I had was really funny and made me relax. The staff in the back was very happy and social. The doctor I had, sat with me and helped me ruled out the most common abdominal pain causes (i.e appendix/ gall bladder), helping me calm down tremendously. He explained everything to me very thoroughly, regarding pricing, and I didn’t receive any surprise bill. The x-ray showed the reason of my abdominal pain. I have an ultrasound planned for Monday (just in case) and hoping I feel better before then! Will definitely keep this place in my mind for future reference! ~ Mina T

I have to say the staff there is amazing. We were wrongly misinformed informed by some family members saying that you guys were the worst hospital ever but I have to strongly disagree. The staff is amazing. The only thing that was kind of disappointing was the fact that we had to wait like five days just to get an MRI done but other than that stuff is amazing went above and beyond to help me through my cellulitis treatment and I just wanna say thank you to everyone that helped me through my my cellulitis treatment. Hopefully I won’t have to be back there anytime soon but again, thank you to all the staff that help me through what I was going through. ~ Nina R

I was recommended to Urgent care cardiac rehab by my colleague as I had just had an open heart surgery. My colleague said that Dr. Bayoumi Elnady is amazing, well... she was wrong! Dr. Bayoumy is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! On my 1st day of cardiac rehab I was a bit scared. I did not know what to expect, however Dr. Bayoumy made me feel so safe. He is very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, compassionate, GENUINELY cares for you, cautious but also a believer that if you push yourself further you can do it! I can not even begin on his personality, Dr. Bayoumy has an outstanding personality. He got serious during work but we would still laugh as he pushed my heart to get stronger. The only regret I have is I can't make him my everything doctor 🙂 I was so happy to finish my treatment and to know my heart is strong but I was sad I will miss my friendly doctor. ~ Esther

Had a very pleasant experience here. Most stand alone emergency clinics will diagnose you and send you home with prescriptions. This place, however, Dr. Saeed recognized I was very dehydrated and offered me iv fluids. They sent me to a nice IV lounge with a big comfy recliner and a tv. Very nice nurse, Michele, started my IV, drew some blood to check my labs, and gave a few medicines through it to help me feel better. They have their own lab and pharmacy there. There was no wait. It was like a very pleasant mini ER experience without the crowd or huge copay. I will be recommending everyone to this place. ~ sMiles H

The professionals at Urgent Care of Texas called me into an examination room within a short wait time and quickly evaluated my complaint and prescribed medical exams to find out the cause of my situation. Within 48 hours they had all of the results to share with me. There was a question about one of the diagnosis, and the staff quickly reevaluated and found unchanged results. They gave me copies of all of their results and faxed them to my PCP in record time. Additionally, they have a separate facility for patients who have symptoms that might be COVID 19 related, safeguarding patients who do not have symptoms. ~ Marie B

We have been back to urgent care of Texas four times in December Dr. Harris Dr. Saeed and Dr. Noubanie are all wonderful. They have kept my son out of the hospital thank you for the exceptional good care and your staff does a great job with him as well I would 150% recommend this urgent care all doctors are very personable and take very good care of my son. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I may you have a safe and merry holidays. Dr Saeed is excellent. I have a special needs adult son who can’t communicate very well. Dr. Saed is very thorough and will run test to make sure he has covered every possible situation when my son can’t communicate what is wrong. He takes his time and is very patient. My son just loves him to death and doesn’t want to see anybody else. Since we have switched to Dr. Saeed my son has not had to be hospitalized. I am so impressed with this place!! I appreciate all you did for my mom. All the staff was wonderful. Dr. Noubani and the other doctors were great. We had the pleasure of having Melissa once and Michael 4 times for our nurses when my mom was having her IV infusions. They both took such good care of my mom. Michael treated my mom like he would his own grandmother. Very thankful we found this place. My mom's regular Doctor is Dr. Burney and he recommended Urgent Care of Texas instead of the ER and I'm so glad he did. Hopefully we won't need to be back anytime soon, but so glad to know that you're there. Thank You!! ~ Barbi D

The staff and Doctors are amazing! Very thorough and attentive to your issues. Testing capabilities are extensive similar to an ER. My child was sick w bronchitis and they quickly tested blood, strep, flu, chest x-ray...determined she had bronchitis and quickly helped get back on feet. Administered an IV in a comfy lazy boy chair while watching TV and helped rehydrate & started antibiotic intravenously to expedite the recovery. Also did 2 breathing treatments :). I had an abscess on my thigh (likely MRSA) that got very bad VERY fast. I arrived at 8pm and the clinic closed at 9. But Dr. Saeed and one of his nurses stayed with me until almost 11pm while I received intravenous antibiotics. Anyone else would have said, "We're closing soon, you'll have to go to the ER." And all the doctors and nurses continued to be exceptionally kind and caring over the next several days as I received subsequent IV treatments and followups. I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me. I'm so grateful this clinic is here. ~ Melissa B

This now my go to place. What a wonderful caring staff, efficient and thorough. My husband went here a few months ago and told me "These are good people." He was right, from reception to the doctor and nurses. I am ran a medical/surgical facility for many years, so I am not easily impressed. I received examination, IV fluids, medications, Rx (which was ready for pick-up at my pharmacy before I left the clinic), blood tests with results explained to me within 90 minutes of arrival yesterday as a walk-in ay 6:30pm and today I feel so much better. So glad we stumbled upon this place. My fiance must have gotten bit by something bc his foot horribly swelled up within a day. We called CareNow and they had a 2 hour wait. We called Urgent Care of Texas and there was no wait. We arrived, filled out the paperwork. Waiting area was clean. Front desk lady was nice. We were soon called back and he was seen by Dr. Saeed. He was friendly and showed true concern about my fiances foot. We did not feel rushed, but appreciate that they got us in and out quickly! We'll be back when needed! I am really over the moon with the type of service I have received at this facility. The staff is friendly, kind and considerate to your needs. The Nurses are awesome I just love the way I was treated by them, so on point and professional. Dr. Saeed and Dr. Dubani are awesome doctors and I have been recommending people to come to them and get the exceptional care I have received. In closing I want to thank the nurses and my Doctors for the excellent care you gave me . I will always come back if I need to because of the best experience I have ever had at a doctors facility. I have nothing but great things to say about the physicians and staff at Urgent Care of Texas. I've been a patient of this clinic for several years and appreciate the care that Drs. Saeed, O. Oad, and PA, Noubani have provided to my family over the years. My 8 y/o daughter was severely dehydrated last year and Urgent Care of Texas was the only clinic that was able to provide IV fluids when others recommended taking her to the ER. We love this facility and we love Dr Saeed. We are always treated well by the staff and Dr Saeed always makes us feel like we're important to him; not just another patient to see and move on to the next one. He really does care and it shows. We've been coming to this facility for 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The fact that they're open 7 days a week is a great benefit for us, especially since that's the only time my husband is home. So yes, I recommend Dr Saeed all the time to friends and neighbors.
