I honestly can't say enough good things about this office. They are friendly, compassionate and the Doctors are extremely knowledgeable. The ladies in the back that handle the IV Infusions are the sweetest and most accommodating nurses. I was recently very ill with an internal infection affecting 2 organs. It was Dr. Saeed and his Staff that actually figured out what was wrong and how to treat it right before I went sepsis. They did cultures at their office that held the key to unlocking the mystery. It was a scary time, but their office walked me through everything I needed to do and my antibiotic infusions have been a life saver. Their caring nature has never wavered. I'm so grateful I found this office and I would recommend anyone to them! ~ Frazelled L
After being at the mercy of the VA for so long, you begin to have low expectations for medical providers and you anticipate getting the very minimum they have to offer; however, words can’t begin to describe how pleasantly surprised I am by the care that I received from the doctors, PAs, nurses and staff at Urgent Care of Texas. Dr. Saeed and Charles treated me on July 10th and I have never been treated with such compassion. So, I thought...I went back the next day and was seen by two PA’s whose names I can’t recall but they were equally as caring and kind and compassionate. This clinic deserve 55 stars, not just five. From the front desk to the people who do vitals this is truly a superior medical treatment facility. Thank you all and God bless you guys! ~ Executive D
I have been here a few times. I have multiple rare medical conditions that makes me a more complex patient. The staff here has always listened to me about what I need and what I cannot have. I have never had the experience of having to argue with any staff about my conditions, nor have I been challenged on my diagnosises. They have always treated me kindly and respectfully. No one has ever had an ego about me knowing more about my conditions than they do. They trust me to know my body and help me to the best of their ability. Highly highly highly recommend this urgent care to anyone with more complex medical issues needing something simple taken care of on short notice. If you are like me, then you know how rare this kind of treatment can be. ~ Kendra W
